Calibrate bike computer
1.) With the lever all the way down, (gear 1) and from the off mode (blank screen), slowly rotate the pedals until the display starts to activate (turn on).
2.) Stop the pedals from moving and move the shifter lever half way up (until its pointing straight up) and back down.
3.) Then pedal 1 full rotation, and completely stop the pedals from moving.
4.) Then quickly rotate the shifter lever thru it's full range of motion 6 times.
Up / Back, 1. Up / Back, 2 and so on. If done in a timely manner you'll get CAL'B.
Most common error code trying this short cut version without the tool, is Err1 or Err2.
Err1 - means: you didn't go quite halfway up on the first step.
Err2 - means: you went to far forward on the halfway part, so just do a little less than what you last tried.
Err3 or Err4 = lower board needs adjusting prior to re-calibrating.
