Meet the Host
Gabe Derman is a Human Performance and Education Specialist at Keiser, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. He served as a strength and conditioning coach at the University of Michigan, University of Texas, DePaul, UCLA, University of Washington, and University of Illinois-Chicago. His coaching experience also includes working with MLB, PGA, and NBA athletes. Beyond the collegiate and professional arenas, he has spent over five years in the private sector training youth, adult, and older adult populations.
Gabe has traveled around the world consulting on best practices related to human performance, providing on-site education, and sharing his insights globally. He also hosts the Keiser Human Performance Podcast, where he discusses the latest trends and insights in the field.
He holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Michigan and an M.Ed. in Sports Science from the University of Texas. Additionally, Gabe holds a CSCS, SCCC, Level 1 Precision Nutrition, and Level 1 Titleist Performance Institute certification. Gabe’s favorite thing about Keiser is, "As practitioners, we are always trying to add tools to our coaching toolbox. Keiser isn't just another tool, it's another toolbox."
